You must be a registered ACF member by February 28, 2025 to be eligible to use this form and pay these booth fee rates.

If you're unsure which membership tier you have earned, please contact us and we'd be happy to look it up for you.

**please note - online/card payments carry an additional NON-REFUNDABLE card processing fee.  You are also welcome to print and mail in your applications and pay with cash or check to avoid this extra fee.
