Treasure Boxes

Are you interested in having your products included in our Treasure boxes?

We’re excited to announce a new project for fall/winter fundraising efforts - curated Surprise/Treasure Boxes filled with handmade items from our members! These will be a fun way to showcase our makers while offering shoppers a special, gift-ready experience.

How it works:

• Each box will contain 4–6 handmade items from different makers.
• All items must be able to fit inside a 12" x 9" x 4" box.
• Shoppers won’t know what’s inside until they open it — making it a true treasure box!
• Boxes will sell for $100 each, with a retail value of around $120-$150 inside.
• Our goal is to fill at least 50 boxes (with the possibility of increasing to 100 if there’s enough participation).

Important Clarification - We are not asking you to donate your products (though donations are always welcome). Instead, we will be purchasing your items at a discounted or wholesale rate so that you still earn from this project. Offering them at a reduced price helps us keep the boxes affordable, while also raising funds for a special cause: proceeds from the Treasure Boxes will support the Doodle Buggy art & craft supply cart at the children’s hospital.

How you can participate:

• You do not need to provide products for every box — you can contribute any amount that works for you (1 item, 5 items, 10 items, 15 items, etc.).
• We’re asking vendors to provide items at a discounted or wholesale price so that each box can be filled for about $50–75 total cost. However, please provide a cost amount that you are comfortable with.
• Each product included will come with an info card featuring:
  • Your business name, logo, and contact info, website, and social media links (as appropriate)
  • A short description of you and/or your product
  • Where to buy more
  • (Optional) a coupon or special offer (e.g. “10% off your next purchase”).

What we need from you now - If you’d like to be included, please tell us:

• The product(s) you’d like to offer - must be able to fit inside a 12"x9" box.
• Your retail price for each item
• The discounted price you’d sell it to ACF for
• The quantity you are able to provide

This is a great way to put your products directly into the hands of shoppers who love handmade — and to support a project that gives back to our community. We are also hopeful it will provide an opportunity for some of you to get a sales boost during the holiday shopping season, even if you're not available to be a vendor at ACF's Christmas Show or other events.

Logo Design Contest

Deadline = Dec. 15, 2025

Designs should reflect ACF and what we stand for. Limit to 1 or 2 colors for main logo. Can choose to provide embellishments & backgrounds

Earn 3 membership credits for submitting

+ winner gets:

• additional 10 credits per year for 2 years!
• Newspaper will do featured article on winner & ACF’s revamp
• Gift Card for restaurant of your choice
• Logo Swag - 3 items (tshirt, hoodie, tote bag, etc.)

After re-vamp, all ACF members will get a logo tee (or can upgrade to hoodie & pay price difference)
