Christmas Show REMINDERS & Tips

Check in BEFORE you drive in!!!

Show Committee personnel will NOT let you in the door if you haven’t checked in at the front table.

Clear your vehicle off BEFORE you enter the building!

If it snows on the day of set up - make sure you brush ALL the snow off your vehicle BEFORE you enter the building. If your vehicle makes a mess YOU are responsible for cleaning it up!

Trailer & Large Vehicle Parking is SOUTH of the building.

We are asking all vendors with large vehicles and trailers to park in the SOUTH parking area - south of the playground, north of the Fair’s food buildings. This will give you all more space to get in/out, it’s WAAAYYY less muddy, and helps lighten the congestion in the west/north side of the building.

Patience is Key – “Dump & Go” Setup!

We have more vendors than ever this year, and move-in is a big operation!

During setup, please be prepared for a “dump and go” system — unload your items quickly, move your vehicle out, and then return to finish setting up your booth.

Our team will direct traffic and do our best to keep things moving smoothly.

A little patience and cooperation go a long way toward making setup easier for everyone!

Booth Readiness

Make sure your booth is fully stocked, priced, and open during show hours.

Displays must stay within your 10'×10' space — aisles are tight, and we can’t allow anything sticking out.

Stable, tidy displays help you make the best impression (and boost your sales)!

Communicate Early

Running late or need a little extra setup time? Let us know right away so we can plan accordingly.

We’ll do our best to accommodate requests made before setup begins — but last-minute changes can be hard to honor once we’re in motion.

Safety First if you use Electricity

Use heavy-duty extension cords and power strips with surge protection.

If your cords cross a walkway, please ensure they’re covered and secure.

Turn off all lights and power strips each night before leaving.

Absolutely NO EARLY TEARDOWNS!

You are expected to participate the full 3-days of this event. Vendors tearing down early will NOT be invited back to future ACF events.

NO RBF!

During the event, be friendly to shoppers. No RBF (resting B**** face) - Seriously! A smile goes a long way to inviting people into your booth space. Also, NO PHONE FACE - put those devices down! People aren’t going to want to shop at your booth if you’re clearly more interested in Facebook than them.
