A Baker’s Dozen of Show Reminders
1.Before “Drive-in” or “set-up” you must sign in at the
front(south side) of the Trade center building
2.Double check your assigned “Drive-in” day and time for setup to avoid damaging other vendor’s stuff and to keep
everyone safe.
3.If the drive-in/set-up time is a problem, Please let us know
now, so we can figure out and offer an alternative.

4.Once you drive-in to your booth space, you have 20 min to
unload. Do Not Start SEt-up. first, drive out and park your
vehicle before walking back in to start set-up.
5.Get to know your vendor neighbors. Cover for each other
for bathroom breaks and possibly help with set-up and/or
Take down, etc. if needed. Vendors who are long time
members of ACF Will be able to explain things and give you
advice, if asked.
6.there is a required vendor meeting at 11am friday
Morning, May 16, around the Acf Booth
7.During the show members of the show committee and/or
board may visit your booth to see your products and
display as the final part of the jurying process. they may
ask you to explain your process and materials.
8.Wear a nametag at all times during the event. If you don’t
have one, visit the ACF booth.
9.no kids under the age of 14 in or around the booth
10.no poaching customers, no hawking (calling out to
customers to come over or promoting your products). Wait
until customers come to your booth and then engage with
them. Never cut down someone else’s products to
customers. help customers to find things they are looking
for if you can.
11.dress appropriately-no dirty clothes, inappropriate
graphics or wording on t-shirts. this is a family friendly
event.
12.table coverings to within 2 in. of the floor are required.
extra stock, boxes or supplies must be covered or out of
sight beneath tables.
13.no early teardowns. vendors must be present during all
show hours for all 3 days. Please report to acf HQ booth in
case of illness or emergency.
