2026 Membership Renewal
This form is for renewal of a Single Membership for the calendar year 2026 - - $25.00. You must have been a registered member of ACF for the year 2025 to be eligible to use this form.
A single membership fee entitles you to one vote on organization issues, motions and elections; a profile page on the ACF website, invitation to the annual picnic, and receipt of ACF’s monthly newsletters. Additional benefits are available based on your level of participation within the organization. Limit is 2 people per membership. Members are encouraged to attend General Meetings and to actively participate in organization activities and discussions. Membership fees are non-refundable. See ACF Handbook for more information.
