Having done many, many, events I have noticed that many vendors don’t understand how important it is to position your items for sale and how very important decor is … picture yourself walking done the isle as a shopper 

A booth that catches your eye is one that stands out … not one that blends in 

If at all possible elevate your items for sale … you can’t see them on a flat surface as shoppers walk down the isle 

Use levels if possible 

Decor … make them want to look … put them on back racks so they see them 

The booths that go that extra mile with unique decor and have items that shoppers can see as they walk … draw them to your booth 

I once did an event opposite a lady with beautiful ceramic items but she just put them on a table … no tablecloth… just a table … and because they were all flat on the table you could not see the beauty and craftsmanship in her items 

Look at your items … picture yourself as the customer and figure out how you can allow the customer to be drawn to your booth … inexpensive cloth , flowers , ribbons or with men’s items … even photos in frames … make it interesting and you will catch their eye
